Build an Evaluation Mission
Professional Network

Credentials are the beginning. Capability is the standard.

A certification proves something. It does not prove that someone makes the right judgment in every situation. Before a professional's work counts towards ground truth, they demonstrate capability in the specific area the AI is working in — and keep demonstrating it.

Eight steps before a professional's judgment counts

  1. Identity

We confirm the person is who they say they are, with a government ID and a live photo match.

  2. Credential

Membership or registration is verified against the profession's own register where one exists — for example ICAI or ICSI — with the number and expiry recorded. How we verify every professional.

  3. Experience

We look at practice in the specific area: what the professional has actually done, and for how long, with evidence on request.

  4. Capability assessment

A qualification task in the specific capability: cases with known, adjudicated answers, at the level the professional will work at. Pass marks are set per capability and per role. How calibration works.

  5. Task performance

Early work is done on probation and fully reviewed. Accuracy is measured on real tasks, not self-assessment.

  6. Independent review

Another qualified professional checks the work without knowing who produced it. Answers are also compared with those of solvers who worked on the same case independently.

  7. Adjudication

Where professionals disagree, a senior adjudicator decides and writes the reasoning. How often a professional agrees with the final, adjudicated answer becomes part of their record. Adjudication.

  8. Reputation

Over time each professional builds a measured record per capability. It decides which roles, topics and missions they are offered — and it can go down as well as up. Your reliability profile.

Capability, mapped precisely

"SAP expert" and "Chartered Accountant" are too broad to route work on. We qualify professionals at the level where judgment actually differs.

Instead of "SAP expert":

  1. 01SAP
  2. 02S/4HANA
  3. 03SD
  4. 04Order management
  5. 05Pricing
  6. 06Qualified capability

Instead of "GST expert":

  1. 01GST
  2. 02Input tax credit
  3. 03Reconciliation
  4. 04Eligibility

SAP process capabilities are qualified as those domains open; GST capabilities are qualified today. Domains and their status.

The capability graph

Behind the network is a graph that links each professional to the capabilities they have demonstrated, and each capability to the scenarios, judgments and adjudicated outcomes that support it. Each turn of work adds to it: the link between professional, capability, scenario, judgment, validation, failure and benchmark. That is what lets a benchmark keep up with both your AI and the rules it works under.

  • For a mission, we start from the capabilities the AI needs and find professionals qualified in exactly those.
  • For a professional, the graph records where their judgment has held up under independent review, and where it has not.
  • For the ground truth, every expected outcome can be traced back to who set it, in which capability, and how it was reviewed.

Credential versus capability

What it decidesWhether a professional is consideredWhich work they are trusted with

Zynoviq does not equate certification with expertise. A credential gets a professional considered. Demonstrated capability gets them trusted.

Scores are private, and used for routing

Each professional's scores (assessment results, agreement with adjudicated answers, review outcomes) are internal. They are visible to the professional and our quality team, and used to decide which work, roles and missions a professional is offered. Internal scores route work. They are never published or sold. Customers see anonymous contributor IDs and a summary of credentials, never individual scores. Your reliability profile · How we verify every professional.

Qualification: questions people ask

I hold a professional qualification. Why do I still need to qualify?+

Because a qualification proves broad training, not judgment in every narrow area. A Chartered Accountant may be excellent at audit and less current on GST input tax credit reconciliation. Qualification in a specific capability is what lets us route the right work to you.

Can I qualify in more than one capability?+

Yes. Each capability is assessed separately. Many professionals qualify in several related areas, for example several parts of GST.

What happens if I do not pass a capability assessment?+

You are not offered work in that capability for now. It does not affect capabilities you have already qualified in, and you can be reassessed later.

Who can see my scores?+

You and our quality team. Internal scores are private, are used to route work and decide roles, and are never published or sold. Customers see only anonymous contributor IDs and a summary of credentials.

Do you accept vendor certifications, such as SAP certifications?+

They are useful evidence of training and help a professional get considered. They do not replace the capability assessment. Zynoviq does not equate certification with expertise.
