Checked before trusted.
For a service delivered by people, the most important security and quality question is: who are the people? Every professional passes the same checks before doing paid work.
The checks
| Step | What we check | How |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Identity | That the person is who they say | Government ID and a live photo match through a verification provider |
| 2. Professional credential | Membership or registration is real and current | Checked against the profession's own register — e.g. ICAI, ICSI — with number and expiry recorded |
| 3. Experience | Practice in the relevant area | Work history, with evidence on request |
| 4. Agreements | Confidentiality, rights and conduct | Signed contributor agreement — Member code of conduct |
| 5. Calibration | Accuracy on known cases | Timed test before any paid work — How calibration works |
| 6. Probation | Quality in real work | First pieces of work fully reviewed |
Kept current
Credentials are re-checked every year and when a membership is due to expire. A lapsed credential pauses work until renewed.
What buyers see
Customers see anonymous contributor IDs with a summary of credentials and experience — never names or contact details. On request, for a specific engagement, we can confirm the credential of a named reviewer under confidentiality. Your environment and data.
What we store, and for how long
Only what is needed to verify and pay you, held securely and deleted when no longer required, under India's DPDP Act. Privacy notice.
