Your professional expertise can help make AI better.
AI is starting to do work that needs professional judgment — and it is often wrong in ways only a practitioner would notice. Join the professionals who set what a correct answer looks like, and help decide whether AI systems can be trusted with real work.

What you may do
- Create scenarios — realistic, synthetic cases from your experience, with the expected outcome and your reasoning.
- Solve expert problems — answer cases independently, without seeing anyone else's work.
- Review others' work — check answers, reasoning and the rule behind them.
- Evaluate AI outputs — judge AI answers and actions against professional ground truth.
- Identify failures — explain where and why an AI system went wrong.
- Take part in red-team missions — design ambiguous, exceptional and contradictory cases meant to make AI fail.
Which tasks you are offered depends on the capabilities you qualify in and your track record. Roles in the network.
What we look for
- Real practice in a specific area — not only a qualification.
- Precise expertise. "GST input tax credit reconciliation" tells us more than "taxation".
- Sound judgment under ambiguity — knowing when a question has one answer, and when it needs escalation.
- Clear written reasoning that another professional can check.
- Integrity — your own work, never AI-written, and never a client's confidential information. Member code of conduct.
A credential gets you considered. Demonstrated capability gets you trusted. How we qualify professionals.
