Procurement AI: the right supplier, the right approval, the right reason.
Procurement agents draft requisitions, compare quotes, recommend suppliers and route approvals. Every one of those steps is a professional decision with commercial and compliance consequences — and an agent can get it wrong while every screen looks fine.

A procurement agent, step by step
- 01Requisition
- 02Supplier evaluation
- 03Commercial comparison
- 04Policy compliance
- 05ApprovalThe decision under test
Professionals write realistic scenarios for each step, with the expected decision and the rationale. The agent attempts them. We measure where it departs from the professional answer, and every failure becomes a regression test for the next model, prompt or policy change. AI regression.

Where the expected outcome comes from
Enterprise procurement is governed largely by the organisation's own rules. Expected outcomes are set against your documented procurement policy and configuration — delegation of authority, sourcing thresholds, supplier qualification criteria — plus professional practice for the cases your policy doesn't settle. Gaps and contradictions in the policy are recorded; they are often where an agent fails.
Public procurement is different: the answer rests on written government rules, which makes those packs reusable across customers once the domain opens.
Failures a professional would catch
- Recommending the lowest quote when the policy requires a technical qualification first
- Accepting a split order that avoids a higher approval threshold
- Treating a single-source justification as valid when it isn't
- Approving when it should have escalated, or escalating everything
Professionals also design adversarial scenarios on purpose — contradictory instructions, a requester asserting a policy exception that doesn't exist. AI red team.

Whose rules decide the correct answer?+
For enterprise procurement, your documented procurement policy and system configuration — approval limits, sourcing rules, supplier criteria — plus professional practice where they are silent. For public procurement, the governing rules such as the General Financial Rules and procurement manuals.
Can you test AI that reads government tenders?+
Not yet. Public procurement is on our roadmap. Public procurement.
Will you evaluate real bids or suppliers?+
No. All scenarios, suppliers and bids are synthetic. We evaluate AI, not live procurement decisions.
