Build an Evaluation Mission
Who we serve · Buyers of AI

Before you buy an AI tool for finance or compliance, test it on your rules.

Every vendor says their AI is accurate. A buyer comparison runs each candidate on the same independently reviewed benchmark, in your own licensed instance, and shows you where each one fails, with the correct answer and the rule behind it.

What goes wrong without it

  • Demos use easy questions. The cases that cost money are the provisos, the exceptions and the rules that changed last quarter.
  • Accuracy claims rest on the vendor's own tests. Vendor-chosen questions, vendor-marked answers, no held-out cases.
  • Failures surface after go-live. A blocked credit claimed, a valid credit given up, a rule applied after it changed, found by your auditor or a tax notice.
  • Nobody on the buying team can judge the answers. Procurement and IT can compare features; they cannot tell a plausible GST answer from a correct one.

What you get

DeliverableWhat it is
Vendor comparisonEach candidate run on the same benchmark version in your licensed instance. Scores by capability, critical failures first, case-level results, and the testing record for each system.
Template procurement clause"Vendor to provide evidence of testing against an independently reviewed benchmark." Wording you can place in the RFP and the contract, with the benchmark name and version to cite.
Standing re-test after purchaseRe-run the chosen product after each release the vendor notifies you of, and after rule changes, so the evidence stays current. Continuous evaluation · Regulatory Regression Service.
Evidence for your committeeA report written so a risk committee, auditor or procurement reviewer can read it without us. Evidence.

Vendors are offered a pre-test so they consent. Nothing is published. Each vendor sees its own result; you see all of them.

How you start

  1. Choose one workflow

where a wrong answer would cost most: GST credit eligibility on supplier invoices, for example.

  2. License the benchmark

for a buyer comparison. We agree the candidates, the benchmark version and the test environments in a short specification.

  3. Vendors are offered a pre-test

so they know the method and consent to the comparison.

  4. Candidates run on the same cases

in your licensed instance. Structured fields are marked by fixed rules; free-text reasoning is marked by qualified professionals.

  5. You receive the comparison

with every failure explained and a testing record per system. Then decide, and set the re-test terms in the contract.

A buyer comparison on one workflow is the usual first engagement. It is quoted against the specification. Packages and how to start.

An illustrative example

Illustrative A manufacturing group with several GST registrations is choosing between three AI tools that propose credit treatment on supplier invoices. All three demonstrate well. On the benchmark, all three handle plain blocked credits correctly. Two fail the canteen proviso under section 17(5)(b), refusing a credit the law allows when the employer is required by the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code to provide the canteen; one applies a time limit that changed. The comparison report lists each failure with the correct answer and the section, and the group writes the benchmark re-test into its contract.

Illustrative. Synthetic candidates and outcomes to show the shape of a comparison, not a customer result.

What this is, and is not

  • Synthetic cases only; test environments only. We never see your data.
  • Answers set by qualified professionals independently of every vendor being compared; AI never sets, changes or certifies ground truth.
  • Findings and a testing record, not a certification or assurance of any product. What we do not do.
  • Separate delivery teams from Zynoviq's Enterprise AI division, whose products we never test; if a candidate incorporates one, we disclose it in writing. How we stay separate.

Buyers of AI — FAQ

Will vendors agree to be tested?+

Each vendor is offered a pre-test on the same benchmark so they know what to expect and consent to the comparison. Nothing is published without consent; results go to you, and each vendor sees its own. Vendors that already hold a benchmark licence can simply share their testing record. Three ways to use a benchmark.

Is this an independent evaluation or certification of the products?+

No. The benchmark is independently reviewed: the answers are set by qualified professionals independently of every vendor in the comparison. The result is findings and a testing record, not a certification, approval or assurance of any product. Evidence.

Do we need to share our data or give vendors access to our systems?+

No. Every case is synthetic. Each candidate runs in a test environment, either the vendor's own or a trial instance you control. Your production systems and your records are never involved. How tests run.

What if the tool we need is not in a live domain?+

GST and Indian indirect tax are live; payroll under the labour codes and company law are on request; TDS, income tax and customs are next. If your workflow falls outside these, tell us and we will say plainly what is possible and when. Domains and status.
