Getting your SAP sandbox ready: a short checklist.

Most SAP teams complete this in two to five working days. Nothing here touches production.

1. Choose the system

  • A sandbox or QA client with the agent you want to test enabled.
  • A copy of your Indian company code configuration (tax codes, accounts, GST settings) — no real transaction data needed.
  • If the agent posts documents, confirm postings in this client harm nothing.

2. Set up test master data

We provide synthetic vendors, materials and services with GSTINs in the correct format, states and registration types. Your team loads them, or gives us a user to create them — we recommend your team loads them from our ready-made load file.

3. Map tax codes and accounts

A one-hour session with a finance user to map your input tax codes, reverse-charge codes and credit accounts to our standard list. This keeps marking fair to your configuration.

4. Decide how the agent is reached

OptionWhat your team does
A. We run itAllow our testing service to reach the agent in this client — scoped, time-bound, revocable
B. You run itRun our synthetic documents through the agent and export its proposals in the agreed file format
C. Runner in BTPInstall our questions-only runner in your BTP subaccount (when available)

Delivery options.

5. Name the people

  • One SAP contact for access and technical questions.
  • One finance contact to confirm mappings and answer queries.
  • We give you the names and credentials of everyone on our side.

6. Confirm the rules

  • Access ends when the engagement closes.
  • We never access production, real transactions or personal data.
  • Every document we submit and every response is logged and available to you.

What we never ask for

Production access, real invoices, vendor lists, bank details, employee data or model internals. Your environment and security.
