We license. Here is exactly what that means.
We keep ownership of the data we make and grant you the right to use it under clear rules — like software, not like a house sale. Only custom data built for you can be transferred to you outright.

Standard terms in every licence
- Use within your organisation (and group companies if agreed)
- No resale, sharing, publication or sub-licensing
- Named users for test packs
- No use of test packs or evaluation sets to train or fine-tune any AI, including through outside AI vendors
- Confidentiality, and deletion at the end of term where applicable
- A unique, traceable copy for each licensee
- Right to audit on reasonable grounds; agreed remedies for breach
Why test packs are the strictest
An exam only works if the answers stay private. If a test pack reaches any AI's training data, it stops measuring anything — for you and for everyone else. How packs stay confidential.
